·    VA Form 26-1843a, Master Certificate of Reasonable Value (MCRV), with any applicable endorsements and/or change orders (VA Forms 26-6363 and/or 26-1844 or VA computer generated form). 

 

Highlight to show lot and block identification, house type valuation, and optional equipment applicable to veteran’s purchase.

The original Freddie Mac Form 70/Fannie Mae Form 1004, Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) including all addendum’s, photographs and any document(s) revising or correcting the fee appraiser’s original URAR

 

Note:  The URAR and attending information is not required when VA Form 26-1843a, MCRV, is submitted.
